surescan has a secure on-site store to house client material during the scanning process.  Office space is at a premium across the UK, so by having your documents scanned and utilising space which would have been taken up by paper documents this certainly creates a cost effective option.  You will then be able to access your documents electronically and use your office space for business generating activities!

To achieve a more spacious, paperless office talk to surescan about arranging full collection and delivery in one of our surescan vans where your material will be placed in our on-site secure storage facility for scanning. This site has a locked outer perimeter, CCTV, a high Secure Office Lock System, which has been approved by Police Crime Prevention, an Intruder Alarm system linked to redcare, locked fireproof cabinets, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.

You can be secure in the knowledge that your archived documents can be physically or electronically retrieved quickly and easily. Our secure retention of digital copies will ensure that your company information is never lost and always available for inspection if required. We can provide a flexible service to your specific requirements on either CD Rom, DVD, Portable Hard Drive, your network, by Intranet or extranet. One of our latest methods of retrieval is to post client images onto our secure web-site with password protection.
